  The cashier DeAmber has rounded upmy transaction tothe next dollar asa donation four times now without asking mefirst. Ihave spoke with other shoppers that have also had the same experience with her aswell.

  Unfortunately, ifshe does itagain after this post Iam going tocontact Goodwill corporate and let them know that she isstealing from customers.

  It isn't alot ofmoney, itis the principle.

  I was atthe Franklin Road Outlet 4105N. Franklin Road. Indianapolis INstore onSeptember09, 2022. Atapproximately11:34amthe cashier (DeAmber) weighted mycart and Igave her mynumber tolook upany rewards. She gave methe total cost for the items being purchased. Iasked for amilitary discount, and she reply wedon't dothat.So, Istated I've always been given amilitary discount. Because they have always given amilitary discount ifyou show proof and this has been going onfor overfifteen years, Ihave been going toGoodwill from the old location onShadelandAve. tothis new location. She gets loud and said soyou want toget hostile afew times asshe walked over tothe next register. Toconfirm with another person. I'm thinking are you serious, it's not that deep (I have faced worst situations than this-just doyour job).So, Itoldher… I've been here before and there's never been anissue. Then she said, Iam the trainer and wedon't give discounts (effective 01Aug 2022) and ifI don't likeit, Ican leave and shop somewhere else. Ilooked atthe Goodwill website and itstates senior and military discounts are given. Frequent Asked Question (Goodwill ofCentral & Southern Indiana).

  I amcontacting the Corporate office inIndianapolis tomake them aware ofwhat's going onat store 85(Franklin Road Outlet). Bottom-line, Iwill take mybusiness elsewhere and Iwill never step foot back into another goodwill store!! When employees interact with people (customers), having apiss poor attitude will dismantle abusiness!!
  I could goto the Goodwill and shop, not looking for anything specific. This was aform oftherapy actively engaging mymind and finding something you may like… soit's not about how much money you spend but taking amoment out ofyour business torelax indoing something you want todo. And what Ihad toexperience thatday… was notit!!

  Online ordered and picked upat Indy FranklinRd. Location. Iwent into the main entrance, then was told Ineeded the gonext door (outside then walk down the sidewalk).— sign said around the corner. Iwalk through snow and back toa large garage door. 1sign said ” Ring Bell ”. Avery polite lady retrieved myitems with asmile.So, THAT earned a5star review! The Main entrance inside appeared tobe pure chaos, Iwould never walk inthat part— again.

  Horrible price gouging!!! There's noway 2bath towels, alaundry basket, aplastic small trash can & 2shirts should cost $52.00dollars. They make you leave your items ina cart and clearly charge for the weight which is46.8lbs. Never again.
