How to stop leakages from the F30i Full Face Mask by ResMed
Hello Everyone! I personally love using the F30i mask by Resmed. I get high scores, it's comfortable to wear compared to other masks I've tried out, however I do get a lot of leaks. What are you guys doing to prevent leaks from happening? I've troud mouth tape but it makes me feel anxious. Thank you in advance!

I am trying to switch back to the F30i mask from the F30 right now. The best tip for less leaks was to make the bottom straps tighter than the top straps. Sounds counter intuitive, but seems to work. I also took off some strap covering I had on the sides of the mask and it doesn't slide as much now.

So I was determined to try the F30i again last night and took off the pad a cheek cover I had on it prior. 8 1/2 hours and 0 leaks. I think the cover was allowing the mask to shift during the night. Will try again tonight. 0.2 AHI.

Had another good night with zero leaks and 0.0 AHI. Sleep was just ok as I'm battling a cough the last few night, and cpap seems to irratate it.
Overall, the key seems to having the bottom straps much tighter than the top, so far.

Thanks for sharing that information with us. I will also try to tighten up the straps!

Interesting there's a thread on this. The F30i has me stumped. The Mask Leak test returns constant green smiley. But in actual nightly use, I only got a few green smileys when I first started using it. For several weeks now, I wake up and hit the stop button, expecting to see a green smiley, but no. Red frown very morning on a consistent basis.
(Bought F30i to replace AirTouch Air 20, that one felt like it was drilling a hole into my sinuses.)
