@Windstream you got some more explaining to do.. for the month of August, your service has been 50%-60% out every day. The website says “outage with 24 hour recovery time” You will NOT bill me for hours that I did not have service! Area code 30680. #windstream

@Windstream your service is terrible and the worst thing is that everyone in our town of Scurry has been constantly asking you to fix our damn cables but you won’t. But better believe once another good provider comes to the area everyone will leave.

@Windstream if you have lines that run to my house, why can’t you give me faster speeds than 10 mbps? Honestly not worth what I pay for it but it’s my only option here. Please help me

I've called twice and been hung up on twice. So no free 3 months. Still no resolution for me not being able to log in. I'm being held hostage because I need internet for my online business. @Windstream sucks & @GetSpectrum isn't in this area.I am considering relocating.

@kinetic I live in Nebraska & I haven't had internet all day. I have @Roku which has to have internet connection so no tv all day either. @Windstream It says win 6a is excellent reception but when run system check says no internet. Please help!

The worst part about living in the country is only having 1 option for internet and it being a terrible company like @Windstream where they can overcharge because they have no competition
