@Ask_Spectrum our Spectrum stream has been down for over 2 days now. It doesn’t work on our smarttv, iphones, or tablet. We have restarted modem and done all troubleshooting options. Our internet works, but we’re about to cancel the TV service!

@Travelfreak_143 @DanielTelvock @GetSpectrum I did the same thing. I was a spectrum customer for 25+ years. My promotional period ended and I gave them a chance to meet the Fios price (even tho they can’t meet Fios speeds). They blew me off. Amazing that they can’t cut a deal for customers.

@Ask_Spectrum Same as it was the last time I sent you a DM. This is past the point of ridiculous. There is NOTHING you can do and Spectrum needs to find a solution once and for all. Paying for service and not being able to use it. Reminiscent of the Time Warner Days.

@Ask_Spectrum I spoke to a service member via chat in the app. They scheduled a tech to come here in FOUR DAYS. Nothing works on any of my devices except for YouTube. I'm very confused on how that works.

@Ask_Spectrum We've already invested hours of our time hunting for solutions; including tech visits, new equipment, and countless calls with tech support. Now we're going to spend our time more proactively by looking for options.
