This is a good school overall, but if you are disabled, they don't care about you. Their accomidations system is terrible, they have one accessible building for housing for students and it is off campus across a busy street with no handicapped buttons as well as an almost inaccessible campus entirely.
The students are nice, less drama, not too loud and outragous; the people are what is keeping me here. The professors are nice if you know who to go for, ask upperclassman about who you should try to get, overall I am learning, and I am enjoying the work I am creating and the classes I am in.
Have patience with this school, the bistro staff, and professors; but don't allow them to push you around, especially if you are a disabled student.

Overall MCAD is expensive, but pretty good overall. Housing on campus is more expensive than a similar situation off campus, but is required for your first two years. The campus food has gotten worse since last year, but even though it's gotten better of the course of this year, there are still a lot of people that have gotten food poisoning. They also over doubled the minimum required meal plan from last year, and any money you don't spend goes right back to the school. The monthly minimum is now the same as the total I spent last semester. They also really dislike giving out exemptions to the meal plan, and several people WITH MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION had to fight the school for MONTHS to get it waived.

MCAD is super welcoming and friendly, i made friends my first day here! Every class is a little family:) The location is perfect in my opinion, being close to eat-street & only a 30 min walk to downtown.
